Saturday October 7 we will be teamed up with the cideries of the NY Cider Association to bring you a Cheese & Cider Saturday as part of Finger Lakes Cider Week! Pairings of  creameries with cideries with dozens of cider & cheese pairings and tons of fun will be planned to enhance your experience.

The Preferred Pairings events are back for 2018. Join us for a tremendous day out with pairings of Seneca Lake wines and great Finger Lakes Cheese Alliance member cheeses along the entire Seneca Lake Wine Trail!

These more intimate, smaller wine and food pairing events offer ticketed attendees 3-4 delicious pairings of our cheeses paired with Seneca Lake wines.  Just check in and pick up your gift item at your chosen starting winery then start sampling cheeses paired with delicious award-winning wines.  

Our new Signature Dishes event is on Saturday, November 11 (Veterans Day Weekend) at Logan Ridge in Hector NY.

This is a NEW event for the Alliance, bringing together world class recipes from the Finger Lakes regions chefs and caterers and the cheeses of the Cheese Alliance to make a tasting extravaganza! The entire event will be at Logan Ridge, so you can taste everything in one place.​

Spring Fever Cheesefest at Grist Iron Brewing Company brings together cheeses from regional farms and creameries, and a special GIB flight only on Sunday, April 22nd. Tickets are available for purchase at the door. Visit the event page for more info:

Shtayburne Farm is excited to announce they are bringing back their Fall Family Festival this autumn. This kid-focused event will be hosted by the Hostetler family on October 14, from 10:00am until 4:00pm, right on their family farm. Shtayburne Farm is a working dairy farm on the west side of Seneca Lake just off State Route 14 in Rock Stream, NY.

Local vendors will be selling a cornucopia of fall favorites all day, including Side Hill Acres Goat Farm, who will be on hand with their award-winning goat cheeses, HIP Artisan Jams and Catharine Valley Crackers. Silo Food Truck will be making their famous fried chicken out of their Mac Express station, which will feature a special mac & cheese dish made with Shtayburne cheese. And of course, Shtayburne Farm will be sampling and selling their many varieties of cows' milk cheeses and a several different types of homemade baked goods.

Admission to the Festival is free and includes farm tours, petting zoo, play area, big top admission and bounce house. Hayrides are just $1, and games just 25 cents each, where the kids can compete for farm-themed prizes. Admission to the Cooking Seminar is also free, but attendance is limited to the first 50 seated.
